Montana Yoga Retreats & Wellness Programs
RELAX. RESTORE. RENEW.
Join us for our fall
Yoga Retreat!
Retreat with us this October and study The Ten Spiritual Laws of a Mystic!
We will be spending time in workshop on these Ten Spiritual Laws (or Thoughts) and how we may integrate them into our daily lives and practice. Retreat guest will also be invited to consider the teachings of Sufi Reformer Hazrat Inayat Khan, contained in Principles of Life.
Our Retreats
While each yoga retreat is unique and inspired by the individuals who attend, our universal goals and ideals are focused on creating lifetime friendships and the opportunity to experience UNITY in a group setting while discovering or reconnecting with your life’s purpose.
Our Montana yoga retreats are most commonly 5 days, 4 nights (typically Weds. – Sunday) and 4 days, 3 nights (typically Thurs. – Sunday) and give you both time and space to truly experience the benefits of intentional time to relax, restore, and renew body and mind.
As a retreat attendee, you can expect:
- Easy access to nature and the outdoors – both at our facilities and in our surrounding trails, mountains, rivers, and parks
- Daily yoga and meditation practice (no experience necessary!) as well as talks, sessions, and guidance based on the retreat’s theme
- Opportunities for fellowship with others during meals and sessions, as well as solitude and individual contemplation
- The chance to serve others by helping to prepare for classes, prep or clean up at meals, or other simple and communal tasks
- Massage and body treatments (optional during rest time for an additional fee)

We believe every person possesses a natural ability to meaningfully transform themselves into a place of inner balance. Our variety of wellness and yoga retreats provide an environment where you can embark on your journey towards self-improvement and enhanced well being.
Connect with Nature
Nestled between the Mission and Swan mountains on 10 forested acres, the retreat center offers those who seek a breath of fresh air an opportunity to attune with nature and nourish their mind in an expansive outdoor setting.
Nourish your Body
Yoga asanas and meditation are offered daily giving you an opportunity to strengthen your body, increase your flexibility and embrace the grace and beauty life has to offer. A variety of nature walks and hikes offer something for all skill levels.
Find Balance in Unity
Our retreats offer participants a chance to create lifetime friendships by experiencing unity in a group setting. Opportunities to fellowship with others and serve fellow participants are incorporated into each of our retreat agendas as life is chiefly service.
In a time of so much chaos and uncertainty, we are more disconnected than ever before. We crave connection, but we have gotten used to the way of modern life so much that we don’t even know where to begin seeking connection.
The Samaa Living Retreat provided a return to the connection that we are all so deeply craving. We had an opportunity to connect with nature, with other human beings, and with our own inner selves. Through guided meditation, variety of exercises, and yoga we were able to find ourselves in silence, gain peace, and quiet the mind.
The connections made have lasted through time. Not only has my connection to my intuition remained to this day (many months after the retreat), but our group has kept in touch as well. It was a life changing experience, and one that I hope to repeat in the near future.
